Jie Song, MD

Jie Song, MD is a board-certified dermatopathologist, fellowship-trained at the University of Chicago. He received his medical degree at Beijing Medical University. Prior to his dermatopathology fellowship, he trained in anatomic and clinical pathology, and clinical dermatology. Dr. Song also has Master’s degrees in biochemistry / molecular biology and computer science. Dr. Song primarily serves at Alverno Labs, which provide a comprehensive immunohistochemistry panel for skin pathology diagnosis, and molecular testing for malignant melanoma.
